On Kern Street, directly across from the Convention Center Exhibit Hall, the Crescent Building offers convenient restaurants and retail. With Starbucks at the corner of Kern and N Streets, it has become the place to meet in downtown Fresno.
Opened in 2000, the Crescent continues to bring restaurants and retail services to Civic Center Square and the surrounding area.

The Market on Kern.
Under the creative management of the Downtown Fresno Partnership, The Market on Kern is held each Wednesday from April through October directly in front of the Crescent Building on Kern Street at Civic Center Square.
Shop for locally produced fruits and vegetables, organic cheeses, fresh flowers and artisan goods — all while listening to live entertainment in the open air. We thank the Downtown Fresno Partnership for bringing this vibrant weekly gathering to our doorstep.
