Since 1976, Civic Center Square has grown from the adaptive restoration of the historic Tulare Hotel into a landmark of modern business in downtown Fresno — designed with intention, built with craftsmanship, and dedicated to the community around it.

Every Wednesday from April through October, Kern Street in front of the Crescent Building fills with locally grown produce, organic cheeses and live entertainment — courtesy of the Downtown Fresno Partnership.
